OOHs Client Letter

Up until now, Delaware Veterinary Group has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the small animal overnight on-call service to our partners, VetsNow Bath and VetsNow Wimborne. This service has specially trained vets and nurses in emergency and critical care and is on-site all night.

VetsNow will look after the out-of-hours service between 6.30pm and 8.30am weekdays and from 12.30 Saturdays and over the weekends.

The VetsNow Bath branch is located at Wellsway, Bath, BA2 5RL and VetsNow Wimborne is located at Station Road, Wimborne, Bournemouth, BH21 1RQ. Please use our normal telephone numbers and you will be automatically re-directed to the nearest service. This change will come into force on the 23rd January 2023 and applies to only small animal out-of-hours service.

Third-party providers will have access to your data to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website. You can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care.
