The welfare of our staff is our first priority, to allow us to continue caring for your pets we are asking for your help and please don’t be offended if our reception team ask you any of the following:
💜 If you are showing any of the symptoms of the virus (fever, dry cough etc) please DO NOT come into the practice.
💜If you have been to any of the listed countries on www.gov.uk please DO NOT come into the practice.
💜We need to limit the number of people that attend your pet’s appointment, if possible only one person at a time.
💜We are asking that clients ring the doorbell when you arrive for your appointment and wait in your car until you are called in so we do not have groups of people in the waiting room.
💜We have placed hand sanitiser around the waiting room; please use it before and after your appointment.
💜Payment by credit/debit card instead of cash if possible.
We always have very strict cleaning protocols but we are increasing the frequency we clean ‘high touch’ areas (chairs, door handles, card machine etc)
We are getting daily updates and will try to keep you informed at every point.
We are going to be setting up telephone and video consultations in the near future.
Our opening hours remain unchanged.
